Animation

In our last lesson, we began our animation of the words of the song. We tore lots of different pieces of paper up and scrunched them up into balls. We then arranged them on a section of blue card on the floor. We then set up a camera and aimed it at the card and made sure that it took up the whole of the screen. We found this simple, yet effective. We took the tips from the istop motion sessions we did all the way back in AS Media Studies. We are using istop motion to actually animate our project. We find it an easy and yet effective way of gaining results, as it looks impressive and fairly professional. We realize that this takes a long time, but it is worth it in the long run as we already have the majority of our footage and our rough cut doesn't have to be in until tomorrow. And our final product doesn't have to be in until the 2nd of November and it's the 10th of October today, so we are pretty much on top of things.
